Our sadness around weight loss, emotional eating is a direct reflection of what is happening on the inside. These are markers about how you feel, your relationships, your work, family life all affect your weight and how they result in emotional eating.  If you have stress or unresolved issues in any or more of these areas, then I am the gal for you.
